Return and Refund

Products sold by Dieverse Store can be returned and refunded if:

  • The Products can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery which customer receives the products. The Customer must keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
  • The Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition (sealed), and box is unharmed, therefore, customer is solely responsible for quality checking box before accepting the product.
  • The Products to be returned or exchanged if manufacturing effectiveness is found on the products.
  • Dieverse Store has the right not to return or refund digital cards, games, software, CDs or as per the applicable laws.

Dieverse Store reserves the right to refuse access to the site, cancel accounts and orders at their discretion. No charges to the customer account are made and if any charges were levied the user/customer may raise grievance to Dieverse Store to settle within a reasonable timeframe (within 7 business days).

  • Users are responsible to have a secure and suitable browser. Dieverse Store does not accept any responsibility for any functional or technical flaws/related to the user's browser.

Customer User Account Details

  • Customer must register with Dieverse Store before ordering.
  • Customer must provide up to date information correctly and precisely.
  • Customer is responsible for all associated activities for their account including the security and personal details safe.
  • Minors or those under 18 may not purchase unless they are in the presence of their parent/guardian or anyone they are entrusted to by the parent/guardian or the authorized owner of the credit card or other mode of payment.

Deliveries

  • Delivery will be done in a timely manner, nevertheless, Dieverse Store will contact customer to rearrange delivery if there was a delivery delay.
  • Customers have the right to reschedule or cancel orders if products are not delivered within time frame.
  • Delivery team will communicate and arrange to deliver products to customers home door.
  • Delivery team are not required to deliver beyond customer’s home door.
  • If customers have specific delivery instructions, delivery team will follow their request unless request is not lawful or may cause delivery staff harm.
  • Overseas delivery will be handled by DHL and delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

User Content and Behavior

  • The user/customer agree to comply with all legal requirements.
  • The user/customer must not post User Content that is offensive, disrespectful or abusive.
